Standard shipping is within 2-4  business days. Once your item has shipped and you receive tracking, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update before reaching out to us. If there is no movement on your tracking for 5  days, please see the information below on how to start a claim with UPS, USPS or Route if you purchased Route Shipping Insurance. We will not re-send orders that are not updating within USPS system, as your package IS on the way. If your order has not moved after 10 business days, please reach out to us.


We ship through the USPS + UPS.
If an order is shipped from Gypsy Pearl TX address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We will NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Gypsy Pearl TX  will NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

      If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Gypsy Pearl TX  is  NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
